Well, here I asked a question involving science. You can try it. I asked this question. "What if ..." then I said to detail what would happen if I took a bottle cap and put in the microwave then in a little cold water. Someone answered in 47 seconds and said he probably would bow. What does that mean? Does melt?
It could mean that the metal cap that emit sparks of being microwaved. This is a common use of "bow" (arc "that I am familiar.
