How to stop / break the habit of bottle feeding at night?
My baby always wakes up because she wants a bottle but 5 months old .... She should sleep throughtout the night without feeding. 8-8:30 put it to bed ... but she wakes up in 2 / 3 and again at 5 / 6 and returns to bed at 6:30 / 7 and wakes up at 8:30. Her bedtime routine is crazy, how I can make her sleep 10-12 hours straight and this occupation was awake or feeding.
It is a habit. They eat because they are hungry! They will stop when your body tells you no longer need! If you were hungry you wait 8 hours to eat? No, do not think so! So you have to suck it up and feed the baby when she wants to eat! Jesus you are !.... not the most important person here!
