What is needed to organize a wine tasting for 30-40 people? -?
We have the wine, and glasses, water, buckets ....????? Thanks!
30-40 people? this is a great tasting! The main problem I found was a determination that the wine is in what glass. You should go to a store supplements office or somewhere and buy those little dots of color of paper for each bottle and apply to all vessels will have the wine in it. A person can sit to the table with 5-6 cups in front of him and not remember what is crystal # 3. A blue dot, a red dot, a green dot in each glass and a corresponding point on the bottle or jar, and can immediately say what the bottle tasting. Start with young white wines bordeaux and move to the big, old to end the night. Of course, there's plenty worldwide water to rinse between portions and enough buckets for all spit and a glass for each wine. With 30-40 people and 4-5 wines, we are talking about 200 glasses! Reidel or Speiglau preferred.
