Has anyone heard of a cake of Jack Daniel?
If so, can you give me a recipe?
these are some of Jack Daniel JACK DANIELS CHOCOLATE VELVET Cake CAKE 1 (8-inch) cake, 1 inch thick 2 oz Jack Daniel whiskey, divided 2 pounds semi-sweet chocolate 1 cup heavy cream 6 egg whites 1 / 4 cup sugar Place the whipped cream layer cake in the bottom of a spring form pan and turn the sponge with 1 ounce of Jack Daniel whiskey. Put a side. Place the chocolate, broken into pieces, on top of a double boiler over water simmering, add 1 ounce of Jack Daniel's whiskey and heat stirring until chocolate is smooth and completely melted. Whip cream until stiff. Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding sugar a little at a time until all used. Fold the whipped cream, chocolate and egg whites together. Mix thoroughly but not vigorously. Pour chocolate mixture into the lined loaf pan and refrigerate overnight. Draw of the cake pan and smooth the sides with a spatula from the cake. Decorate the borders with whipped cream. ========================================== JACK DANIELS CAKE 1 / 2 c. butter 3 eggs 1 / 2 teaspoon salt. baking powder 2 c. generous flour 1 / 2 c. Jack Daniels 12 oz currents or raisins 1 / 2 pound chopped Beat sugar and nut butter until fluffy, add eggs and beat well. Add bourbon, flour, nuts and fruits. Pour into greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 3 / 4 hours. BLACK JACK CAKE 1 ============================================== / 4 cup walnuts a black box of butter recipe chocolate cake mix 1 stick butter 4 eggs, lightly beaten 1 / 2 c. black coffee 1 / 2 c. Jack Daniel whiskey 1 stick butter 1 "box powdered sugar 3 tsp. Cocoa 1 / 3 c. chocolate cream liqueur 1 tsp. Black vanilla walnut pieces Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a fluted pan cake (or Bundt pan). Sprinkle black walnuts evenly over bottom of pan. Set aside. Mix next 5 ingredients until smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Place on a rack to cool. To make frosting, place butter in a saucepan over very low heat and melt. Add sugar, and cocoa liquor. Stir until blended and becomes brilliant. Add vanilla. Pour over cake, sprinkle top with broken nuts.
