What should I budget for a bar bill for 40 people?
Hello, we are having a birthday party and we are working on our budget. I'm not sure what to set aside for open bar bill. Here are the details. We are planning to serve a wine that is about $ 40 per bottle and draft beers, plus an open bar for cocktails. The restaurant is a good steak, so I'm guessing about $ 7 cocktails.
