What red wines have the least amount of tannins. I think that may be sensitive to tannins.?
I had the red wines that make me wrong, but I love, I think it may be a sensitivity to the tannins. What cells have the least amount of tannin? " Does anyone else have this problem?
Red wines contain a large number of compounds that originate in the skin and seeds of grapes, including tannins, but also antioxidants and complex aromatic molecules. These contribute to the complexity and flavor of wine, but can also cause unwanted side effects effects such as migraine headaches, abdominal discomfort, and so no I'm sure if it is the tannins that are causing the problem for you, but if you find that white wines are always good, then perhaps it is the tannins. Grapes with diluent skins produce wines with less tannin. Pinot Noir and Gamay (the grape used in Beaujolais) are very delicate grapes that produce light red wines with little tannin, but it will still be present. Probably should stay away from the skin as thick grape Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat. As you age the wine, the tannins will form together into molecules larger eventually settle out of wine. So, if you are lucky enough to have access to some older red wines worthy of age, such as red Bordeaux or older Italian reds such as Brunello di Montalcino, then you may be able to have some of the robust wines without the tannins are found in large younger wine. A the suggestions of others, especially with summer around the corner is a rose. See if you can find a good blush wine from southern France. Note that the tannins, which may come wooden wine barrels used to age. Therefore, some white wines as Chardonnay who spend time in oak barrels can also have significant levels tannin.
