If you could have free rein in any race bike in any circuit, what would, what would it be and why?
I am inclined by Aprilla RS 250 at Laguna Seca. Why is the RS 250? Well, for me would be the best balance between the speed of feeding and management. I'm sure could go faster in one of these than I could in a GP 500, 990 or 800. The just scare the s ** t out of me and I'd probably kill myself. Once That said ..... I think the 250 of today are rolling faster than the old 500 and 990 years during his first season. But do not quote me. Laguna Seca ...... well for one because I I feel I know. Not that I've been there, its almost that I've driven by there many times (Gran Turismo 3 for PS2!), At least I know my way around it more or less. But above all due to the Corkscrew. That has to be one of the most impressive set of corners on any track anywhere in the world! It must be a real buzz get just right. Well that's my two penneth ..... anyone else got any ideas? I think I want conducting Britten and Philip Island. The Britten bike because it was an incredible built my a man and his team, who oozed passion. It took the world and people noticed because was so good. Still looks great and will probably never taste again. As to Philip Island, so I just want to go to Australia and as a Scot who now lives in a landlocked country (Czech Republic) I miss the sea and therefore the idea of being able to combine the bike of your dreams on one of the worlds greatest circuits recognized in a place that never were and by sea would be just too perfect. My second choice would be a race prepared original Manx Norton and the course would be around the field TT on the Isle of Man. The Manx Norton was one of the bikes most representative of its time and remains one of the biggest names in the history of the bicycle. It was both a leap forward in its own way as anything that has come and they need to submit to any other machine. The TT course, so I was never, but it would be ideal for cycling in this life of your dreams on a course that lasted so long and if the course is that which summarizes the size of the Manx Norton as a race bike. The fact that the sea is nearby is also a prize! Thanks for the question to give me a nice diversion of garbage every day is going on with the job!
