Does anyone else have problems with Vinotemp wine cooler?
I have the VT58, bottle of 58, under cabinet, stainless steel refrigerator wine. He is not doing any power and does not come with instruction manual. The company does not offer a warranty, and not even say that can fix this on the east coast. Forget about calling the company, which offer no advice at all. You bought it ... your problem. I wonder how many people have these useless things home ....
In fact, Vinotemp has a guarantee of their products. There must be a 1 year warranty in VT58 and all products must come with a manual instruction, but if you did not receive one, many of their manuals online: http://www.vinotemp.com/Service -Support/Owners-Manuals.aspx. It seems to have one for the VT58 up there. There are some repair instructions for the VT-60 (which should be pretty similar to VT58) on the Support page of your site repair in Customer Service section. Have you tried to apply for service on your site? The only time I had problems with my Vinotemp, I called and gave me a technical local contact, so you might want to try calling again. Otherwise, I would suggest that Mr. device, but almost everything and services must have places near you on the East Coast. While you're getting to that exit, is probably just a control board or a sensor to be replaced and can be purchased Vinotemp spares. Hope that helps and good luck!
