How can reuse glass jars (spaghetti) safely?
Never have enough storage elements, so I want to save my jars of spaghetti sauce and pickles, etc. After Empty out what I have to do to sanitize? How I can get the labels off? Thanks!
For the labels, fill the sink with hot water - and submerge the jars, then leave together for several hours or overnight. Labels come off easily and you can get the rest of the adhesive with warm water and a pot scrubber. Do you have a dishwasher? If so, that's all they need sanitation. If there is no dishwasher, only a good washing with hot soapy water will do - make sure to scrub the threads on the bottle and cap, because that is where food goes to get stuck.
