Is it appropriate to tip the service staff to support a charity event?

Recently held a fundraiser to get a bar cash, and had two servers butler hors d'ouevres to the audience (it did not last more than an hour). Tipping is not at all addressed in the contract, so we are trying to determine whether or not we need to include advice for staff. Any tips on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated.

I who participated in a charity event, what people were saying was even if you have suggestions, which were to be donated. Everything was by donation however.

How can you cut the top or bottom of bottles of wine?

What tools are needed?

in class art that uses a glass cutter to cut the glass part and then we have to break the rest of the road. wear gloves to protect your hands because it has some force break the glass and if you do not care is cut. oh and one more thing to clean the glass before you cut it, because it will give a break cleaner and can also use a marker to mark a straight line so the end result is even, then use sandpaper to sand the edges of the glass that cut just as good
