What is the best way to remove old glass wax?
Cambridge collect art deco glass / chrome Farber Bros. and just bought a set of Drinking wine auction. For those not familiar, there is a removable glass panel in a chrome holder and mother. Looks like someone was using as chandeliers. It is not wax at all the old glass and chrome holders. What is the best way to remove this without damaging the glass? I'm the hot water on, but did not want wax clogs the sink.
Ice, or carefully put them in the freezer at one time. I'd use your fingernails to remove the wax. Good luck!
